Load Shedding means the suspension of the supply of electricity for a certain period. It mainly occurs when there is a shortage of supply than demand. Load-shedding has become a regular affair in our country.

There are many causes of load shedding. The insufficient production of electricity is the main cause of load-shedding. Misuse of electricity is another cause. Illegal connection of electricity is also responsible for load-shedding. Due to load-shedding production in mills and factories decreases. Fresh food preserved in the refrigerator gets rotten.

Load- shedding at night encourages the miscreants in their criminal activities. Students cannot study properly due to load-shedding. Frequent load-shedding during the summer makes life unbearable. Electricity is the driving force of all kinds of machines on which modern life is greatly dependent. Therefore, any disruption in the supply of electricity paralyzes normal activities of life.

So, the authority should establish more power plants and powerhouses to solve this problem. Illegal connection and system loss should also be stopped. It is good news that our present government is trying sincerely to solve this problem.

Load shedding is the most talked-about problem in our country. It is a common affair today. It has become a serious problem in our daily life and it is a national crisis. It has created a deplorable condition in our daily life. There are many causes of load shedding. Misuse, illegal connection, insufficient production are the main causes of load shedding. Some dishonest persons are also responsible for it. Load shedding has far-reaching consequences in the socio-economic development of the country. The problem is getting worse day by day.

All classes of people are the victim of it. Due to load shedding, the entire lifestyle both domestic and industrial comes to a standstill. The running mills, factories, and industries come to a standstill hampering normal productivity. Even operations stop in hospitals. The students cannot continue their studies. The food kept in the refrigerators gets rotten due to load shedding. To solve the problem our government should establish more plans and powerhouses. All of us should be sincere to remove this problem. Public awareness is also needed in this respect.

Load shedding is currently the most discussed problem in Bangladesh. It has become a national crisis. There are many causes of load shedding. Firstly, inadequate generation of the power supply is the main cause of load shedding. Secondly, the unplanned distribution of electricity is also another cause. Thirdly, illegal connections and artificial shortage of production are also responsible for load shedding. Besides, stealing electricity in the pretext of system loss is another cause of the problem.
There are many bad impacts of load shedding. It creates problems that have far-reaching consequences in the socio-economic development of the country. It frustrates national, social and personal progress. Because of load shedding, the entire lifestyle both domestic and industrial comes to a standstill. Domestic life becomes painful as the housewives group in the dark kitchen. The factories, mills, industries come to a standstill.
It hampers the normal productivity of mills and factories. Students can not continue their studies. Emergency medical treatment is badly hampered. Medical patients may suffer terribly. The foods kept in refrigerators get rotten because of load shedding. Load shedding helps criminals to commit crimes in darkness. Now the problem is going out of control day by day. At first, the government should come forward to solve this. It is we the human beings who are responsible for load shedding.
The government should set up more electricity plants to meet the demand for electricity. We should not waste electricity. Authority must disconnect illegal connections and fine the responsible persons. The authority should also have  a plan for the distribution of electricity.
