Life and work
As a broad form of Socrates's life, three sources can be mentioned today: Plato Dialogues, Aristophanic plays and Genophano Dialogues. There is no evidence that Socrates wrote something about himself. Socrates was shown as Arthropenic's The Cloud Soldier as a junk that teaches her students how to get rid of debt liability. Since most of the writings of Aristophanic were sarcastic, the way Socrates was expounded in this essay is not entirely acceptable.According to Plato, Socrates's father was named Sophroniskas and the mother's name was Flannery, who was a midwife. His wife's name was Janathipi, which was much less than Socrates. In the life of his family, he had three sons, Lampropeltis, Saphroniskas and Menejenas. Socrates requests to return to the flee before her punishment was executed. After this, Socrates's friend Crito criticized her for leaving her sons. Socrates was born in 470 BCE, in the city of Athens in Greece, Elopaki clan.
It was not clear how he used to earn a living. According to Philos' Timon and later sources, he adopted his father's career in the first life. His father was a sculptor. His first life as a sculptor worked. In ancient times, many people thought that in the Greeks' Acropolis, the images of God's grace, which are present in the second century, are made by Socrates. However, the intellectuals of modern times have not found any specific evidence. On the other hand, there is evidence that Socrates did not adopt any profession. Socrates is said to be heard in the symposium of Xenophon, never will she take a job, because he will do exactly what he thinks most important, and it is a discussion of philosophy. In the description of Aristophanes, Socrates used to pay for education and also managed a Sophisticated School in Greece's Cherafion. This commentary was found in his 'The Clouds'. Again, Plato's Apology and Genomes Symposium showed Socrates never paid for the education. Rather, he pointed to his poverty and proved that he was not a professional teacher. Tell him
Various places in Plato's dialogue have been written that Socrates once joined the military. According to Plato, Socrates said he joined the Ethiopian army in three missions. These operations took place in Piedadia, Amphipolis and Deliamo. Describing the character of Alcibiades in Symposium, Socrates's heroism in the Battle of Patiadia and Delia, and how he saved his life in the previous war. His outstanding contribution to the Battle of Deliyah was also described in the composition of Lux. Occasionally Socrates compared the trial of the court to the battlefield. He said that it is necessary to see if a judge will move away from the philosophy if it is necessary to think of a soldier whether he will leave the battlefield when a suitable situation arises.
Socrates was not seen as very handsome. His overall look was made up of a bald head, flat-nosed, small eyes, swollen belly and abnormal motion. Though the body did not have so much, his sense of humour was keen. He often used to say: "Since the nostril is big, it has the special advantage of taking scent, because the nose is more flatter, the eye cannot be tied anywhere." He was a sweet man in conversation and conduct. So whoever spoke to him would have been fascinated by his conversation and character. According to most of the traditions, he did not provide education in any educational institution. Roads and markets were his educational facilities. Having lived to practice philosophy became very indifferent about the world and its livelihood. That is why in his last life, his whole family has to live in poverty and hunger. Most of the time he used to eat his disciples at home. He was a disgrace to his wife Janithipi. Janithipi often used to say, his unhappy husband brought sadness not only for his family but also for the sake of suffering. But the bitterness of the outside, there was love for the husband at the heart of the heart.
Socrates lived up to full time until the defeat of Sparta and his allies in the Pelopantian war from the era of the highest power of the Ethiopian empire. When Athens was trying to resume losing its defeat, the people there started questioning the rightness of democracy in an effective government system. Socrates also emerged as a critic of democracy. So many people explain Socrates's trial and death as politically motivated.
The Ethiopian government accused Socrates of being guilty so that he could be executed. But his attitudes and perseverance to the truth were truly able to create a conflict with government policies and society. In this context, Thucydides said: "In a single word, his thought process can be applauded that has made an immoral law like the conventional one and another that encourages someone to commit a crime that he did not think of crime itself." Socrates In some ways, Sparta has praised many policies on different occasions that Sparta was the fierce enemy of Athens. In spite of this, historically his biggest crime in society was the critical criticism of social and moral fields. According to Plato, Socrates did a poisoning work for the government, at the core of which criticized the founding of the justice system and the purpose of good. Efforts to increase the integrity of the Athenians can be identified as the reason for their punishment.
According to Plato's Apology, Socrates friend Cherifion one day goes to Delphi Oracle, asking whether there is anyone wise than Socrates. Oracle says there is no one wiser than Socrates. Since then, Socrates has been seen as a state crime for the society and a poison for the government. Socrates believed that the word Oracle was merely a riddle. Because Oracle never appreciates a particular person due to knowledge gained. To test whether it was convincing or not, Socrates started to ask some questions that people of Ethiopians considered to be wise.
