Rasipuram Krishnawami Iyer Narayanaswani , better known as R.K. Narayan. R. K Narayan was an Indian writer known for his work set within the fictional South Indian town of Malgudi. He was a number one author of early Indian literature in English together with Mulk Raj Anand and Raja Rao. His writings main theme are social context and daily life of social characters.
